Brianna Griego, LCSW

Ms. Brianna Griego works with individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. She provides trauma-informed, client-centered care using evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her areas of focus include trauma, neurodiversity, and co-occurring disorders.

Ms. Griego earned her BSW in 2009 and her MSW in 2010 from Georgia State University. With extensive experience in mental health, she is dedicated to helping clients process past experiences, develop coping strategies, and build on their strengths. She takes a holistic approach, recognizing the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

By fostering a safe and supportive environment, Ms. Griego empowers clients to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. She believes that therapy is a collaborative process that promotes self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.
